Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Work with marketing to identify and strategize new markets,
  • Develop sales plan to maximize sales revenue for assigned markets (primarily Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and other South-east Asian countries),
  • Ensure a healthy pipeline of leads,
  • Provide leadership and coaching to sales team,
  • Ensure renewal of subscriptions,
  • Participate in product demonstrations and events,
  • Develop executive level relationship with customers and associations,
  • Innovate to increase productivity of sales processes,
  • Monitor and manage collection of overdue payments.
  • OTE - up to SGD 140,000

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise or compliance software space.
  • Proven track record of managing sales team.
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements in Southeast Asia markets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Able to build relationships with senior executives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to travel on short notice.
  • As you may be communicating with partners from China and Hong Kong, proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
