Role Description


SNP Global JAPAC region is looking for a passionate and experienced up and comer Field Marketing executive, the role will mostly be focused on tactical programmes across SEA/ANZ and partly focused on JAPAC Reporting, Administration and Global programmes as directed by your direct manager in collaboration with relevant Market Unit leaders.


Responsibilities & Duties

· Preparation of regional Monthly Marketing Summaries and supporting Business QBR materials as requested

· Coordination and orchestration of SNP Global flagship event Transformation World for the JAPAC region. Helping Market Unit leaders understand the value of the event, managing and tracking participation and supporting the field with registrations and customer participation.

· Be the conduit for all Marketing qualified Inbound leads ( Digital, Online ) and well as the outbound leads created in SEA and ANZ markets

· End to end Management of JAPAC Success Stories / References, supporting creation and requests.

· Maintaining the JAPAC Sharepoint directory of marketing services and events

· ANZ/SEA Events management and supplier management

· Supporting the desire of SNP Global Japan to be partner of choice through various Partner Awards programmes.

· Supporting Brand Awareness and Online presence cross region, including localized websites

· Proactive communication of global events/topics, through amplification internally and externally

· It is critical that the incumbent must be able to orchestrate Marketing and Field lead generation activities for SEA and ANZ regions.

  • Support GTM Sales SEA and ANZ on creating annual marketing plan, execution, status reporting and budget management of such programs.

· Must be able to work with external suppliers, keeping them on track and within budgets approved.

· Able to build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan

· Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics

· Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors as required.

  • Create and manage marketing templates & presentations & maintain marketing collaterals.
  • Coordinate with media channels and outside resources.

· Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.

· Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution


Qualifications

· We are looking for someone with a min of 3 years, prefer 5 years experience in field marketing and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business.

· Has experience in event management and supplier coordination

· Can work with global marketing to amplify content and brand messaging.

· Coordinating global programmes and events, like our annual flagship event SNP Transformation World.

· Exposure to digital and direct response marketing

· Can orchestrate and direct Marketing qualified inbound leads

· Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages

· Project management and collaboration skills is highly desired

· Administration such as managing budgets, marketing expenses, reporting and internal analysis and insights experiences required

· Good communicator. Must be able to speak and write English.

· Is a Singaporean citizen or holds a Permanent Residency.
