Business Development Manager
Join the PC Dreams Group as a Business Development Manager and play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be driving growth by acquiring new partnerships and developing our buyback platform. The ideal candidate should have B2B sales experience, an understanding of IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) services, and excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and is goal-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Partner Success for BuyBack Platform
- Acquire new partners for platform enrolment.
- Foster and maintain relationships with current partners through in-person store visits.
- Collect feedback from partners and present improvement proposals to enhance partner engagement.
- Generate weekly performance reports and provide performance analysis of our BuyBack Platform.
2. Sustainability and Event Partnerships
- Collaborate with existing partners to organise sustainability activation events for both B2C and B2B sectors.
- Identify and establish new partnerships with relevant entities, such as IT retailers, IT liquidation companies, and IT communities.
- Explore potential collaborations across various industries, uniting them through sustainability initiatives.
3. ReLoved Device Leasing Program
- Work closely with existing partners to drive the adoption of our leasing program among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Establish KPIs and performance targets for this new program.
4. ITAD - IT Asset Disposal Services
- Coordinate and manage existing ITAD requests and execute the program in collaboration with our operations team.
- Partner with recycling and data degaussing organisations.
- Establish KPIs and performance targets for the ITAD program.
