Job Description

Position Title: Operation Admin

Working Location: Toh Guan Road

Working Hours: 5.5 days (9.00 am-6.00 pm/9.300 pm-2.00 pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,000 - $3,000

Duration: Permanent


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor the daily vehicle fleet allocation and movements
  • Manage all aspects of aftersales services, including maintenance, repairs, and customer support which includes complaints and feedback.
  • Oversee the vehicle repair process, ensuring timely, cost-effective and high-quality repairs.
  • Prepare reports on operations and aftersales performance.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries & complaints Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Valid Class 3 license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Able to commit to 5.5 days workweek (Saturday) 9am to 6pm (mon to sat) (9.30am to 2pm Sat )
