Operations Admin Assistant

The Operations Admin Asst supports the Admin department by providing administrative support for various operation functions within the organization
Job Scope
- Receiving and collecting of all procurement delivery
- Organising and filing of all Purchase Request Form (PRF) in a neat fashion.
- Maintain the fixed assets labelling for new and old equipment purchases; discarded items are to be recorded
- Any ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
