We Offer

As an Account Director, you will be a strategic leader responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and overseeing the execution of high-impact advertising campaigns. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met while leading a team of account managers and executives to deliver outstanding creative and marketing solutions.

Client Management & Strategy:
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, understanding their business goals and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms.
  • Ensure all client deliverables align with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
Business Growth & Revenue Management:
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive organic growth.
  • Lead pitches and presentations for new client acquisitions and agency expansion.
  • Develop and manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and revenue targets are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure agreements align with the agency's financial goals.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Mentor and lead a team of account managers and executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide strategic guidance and problem-solving support to ensure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Promote knowledge-sharing and best practices within the team.
Campaign Oversight & Execution:
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Provide creative input and direction to ensure campaigns meet client expectations and industry trends.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand guidelines.

You Have

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale accounts and campaigns.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, media planning, and analytics tools.
Preferred Experience:
  • Background in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or creative agency environments.
  • Experience working with government agencies or large corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and emerging advertising trends.
