Centre Activities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Brahm Centre@Simei to ensure the smooth delivery of programs and courses
- Ensure that programs and engagement meet the grant engagement requirements of AAC
- Lead programs coordinator in ensuring that a wide range of suitable programs are offered to clients, including intergenerational programs
- Lead customer service excellence to manage the satisfaction of clients, ensure that AAC customer satisfaction scores are met
- Plan and implement monthly duty rooster to optimise course offerings
- Respond to questions and requests
- Procure office items to ensure adequate supplies to support the centre’s programs and operations
- Maintain inventory list to ensure accountability and serviceability of the properties and facilities and ensure availability of these items for the proper functioning of the Centre
- Work with the various stakeholders in the organisation
- Recruit, onboard and manage volunteers to ensure their satisfaction with respect to engagement, deployment and sustainability
- Establish and build relationships with volunteer, and ascertain the requirements of the centre
- Match the volunteers to the requirements
- Conduct once a year survey for pulse check on satisfaction of the volunteers
- Update the salesforce volunteer database and ensure that monthly volunteer status reports are updated according to compliance
- Guide the Care team to support Care operations in ensuring that the CREST engagement KPIs are met including managing their time-off and off-in-lieu
- Strategize, plan outreach events and work with Care team to meet the CREST outreach KPI
- Strategize and support the Care team in meeting the monthly P1, P2 and P3 cases engagement KPIs
- Notify Head of Care when Care members are unable to meet the monthly KPIs
- Responsible in building rapport, relationship and collaborations with surrounding community partners such as within the AACs/CREST boundary area to support outreach and CREST engagements
- Provide appraisal comments on Care team to Head of Care to consolidate the overall appraisal
