This 6-month convertible role offers the opportunity to work with a close-knit team while focusing on human resource operations, full-cycle payroll processing, and billing. Play a key part in supporting the smooth operation of our sales force

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee data, contracts, and benefits record updates in the QuickHR payroll system
- Track and maintain leaves, medical records, and other staff-related data
- Administer salary, benefits, and statutory compliance on time and accurately
- Process payroll administration such as overtime, allowances, and expense claims, including generating payslips
- Compile timesheets, payroll reports, reimbursements, and other benefits-related documents
- Reconcile employee payroll data and generate bank files for payment processing
- Invoice clients and handle billing inquiries with precision and professionalism
- Maintain accuracy when cross-checking client contracts and agreements
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a min Diploma / Degree in a related field
- Well-versed in the Singapore Employment Act and payroll best practices
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a passion for numbers
- Handles confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Works well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
- Required to commit to payroll peaks (such as start and end of the month)
