Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of corporate secretarial assistants
  • Support a portfolio of clients & ensure that all statutory and compliance requirements are fully met
  • Provide advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters
  • Liaise with Auditors, Directors & Government agencies


Requirements

  • The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) / Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) Qualifications or a law degree preferred
  • 5 years corporate secretarial experience, in accounting, corporate secretarial or legal firms
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • A meticulous & organized individual with excellent English skills
  • Must be able to multi task & meet deadlines
  • IT savvy - Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
  • Possess initiative and positive work attitude
