- Focus on recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, liaising with employment agencies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Able to offer negotiations and conduct onboarding and induction programs with new hires.
- Documentation of new hires' information, such as crafting letters of offer, creating personal files, onboarding checklist forms and any related forms.
- Manage requests from new employees, such as work permit applications, purchasing a security bond from the bank, and allocating dormitory rooms.
- For work permit applications, prepare WP renewal & survey forms, follow up with Project site admins, medical examination arrangements and purchase of security bonds.
