We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Admin Executive to join our team
In this role, you'll craft stunning marketing collaterals, manage our social media presence, and drive innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility. You'll also coordinate events, secure influencer collaborations, and build strategic partnerships within the wedding industry.
Beyond marketing, you'll play a key role in client experience—handling inquiries, planning weddings and photoshoots, booking teams, and ensuring seamless operations.
Your ability to create delightful experiences for our clients will be essential in maintaining our brand's excellence.

ResponsibilitiesMarketing- Design and create visually captivating marketing collaterals, including captivating mood boards.
- Craft compelling digital creatives infused with captivating storytelling.
- Oversee our social media presence, curating content that engages, such as posts, stories, and reels, and managing interactions.
- Engage in creative brainstorming to conceive innovative campaign ideas and marketing initiatives to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
- Coordinate and execute brand events, bridal shows, and promotional activities
- Secure influencer collaborations, overseeing content creation and timelines.
- Forge and cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors, influencers, and industry professionals to extend our reach and visibility.
- Strategize and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our diverse brand objectives and resonate with target demographics.
- Spearhead digital marketing campaigns to bolster traffic, enhance lead generation, and boost conversions.
- Attend to client enquiries, advise and plan wedding or photoshoot experiences for clients
- Building positive relationship and creating delightful experiences for our clients
- Book team and other service providers and ensure accurate billing
- Issue invoice, create and maintain accurate records of operations in CRM
- Assist Manager in other ad hoc duties
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred.
- Should have at least 2 years of working experience in marketing, preferably in the B2C industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g Canva) and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Passion for the wedding industry and staying abreast of industry trends and developments
