· Develop and implement effective SEA business marketing strategy in alignment with global, regional and local strategies including messaging development, customer segmentation and touchpoints, market research and intelligence

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising

· At least 10 years in high performing demand generation B2B marketing role with revenue accountability in a highly matrix global organization. Growth marketing experience is an advantage

· Experienced in optimizing multi-channel campaigns, especially digital

· Very good understanding of SEA Market and industry trends

· Proven track record managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously

· Experienced in team transformation

· Ability to articulate and present plans to sales leaders and executives

· Inside Sales management is an advantage

· Industrial automation experience is an advantage
