Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment process of open positions;
  • Partner with hiring manager to shortlist, arrange and conduct interviews;
  • Provide feedback in hiring decision;
  • Execute sourcing strategy;
  • Ensure accurate data reporting and update recruitment tracking file in a timely manner;
  • Involve in process improvements and other HR initiatives;
  • Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum with Diploma in HR or Business Management or equivalent;
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, either agency or in-house;
  • Preferably have the experience in the financial industry;
  • Mature, proactive, take initiatives to drive his/her own success on the recruitment activities, good organizational skill and able to work independently;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with potential jobseekers of all levels, both written and verbal;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality;
  • Contract or Full-Time position(s) available.
