Roles & Responsibilities

URGENT

Location : Pasir Panjang

Position : Temp Executive – ACE

Contract period : 1 year


• Temporary staff who worked for 3 months or more are entitled to staff benefits.


• Total duration for engagement of temporary staff is capped at one year.

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

(with one hour lunch break)

Executive : $3,800.00 (Degree with at least 2 years of work experience)

(Diploma with at least 6 years of work experience)

The scope will focus more on comms and outreach work and would prefer to have candidates with direct experience in these areas, preferably from the healthcare sector.

Purpose of Request :

1. Support the implementation phase of the Appropriate and Value-Based Care (AVBC) workstream, such as cluster and individual PHI communications and engagement efforts, including the development of collaterals, communications toolkit, on-ground engagements as needed, stakeholder engagement management as well as the activities related to the expanded Value-Driven Care (VDC) programme.

2. Support the planning and implementation events, namely AVBC conference, ACE 10th anniversary activities and HTAsiaLink

Job requirements:

  •  Life-sciences, research, healthcare related educational background and work experience preferred
  •  Proficient in office style writing and use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  •  Experience with government project and contract management and government procurement is preferrable
  •  Able to write well and have experience with writing budget/ project concept approval paper in a government organisational setting would be beneficial
  •  Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  •  Basic knowledge of project management principles and experience in timeline tracking
  •  Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  •  Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while being a team player
  •  Attention to detail
  •  Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Google Analytics) or content management systems is a plus

Job Responsibilities

 Coordinate and project manage assigned tasks

 Track and archive communications and responses from stakeholders across various projects

 Update and monitor project timelines, ensuring alignment with key milestones

 Collect and validate data, ensuring accuracy, and populate into templates or reports as needed

 Perform basic data analysis and summarize findings for use in reports or presentations.

 Engage with stakeholders to support project implementation and address queries as required

 Assist in planning and logistics for meetings, briefings, and events, including scheduling, room bookings, and virtual meeting setup

 Record and document key discussions during meetings, including minutes and interview transcripts

 Provide administrative support for programmes and conferences, such as preparing documents, managing correspondence, and organising files

 Perform other administrative or ad hoc duties as assigned
