Job summary:

Support of office sales administrative work. Attending to phone calls and emails on inquiries from customers. To process quotations and orders and to coordinate on logistics and deliveries.

Job scope:

  • Handle day-to-day corresponding emails between suppliers and customers
  • Process sales enquiries, generate quotations & consolidate orders
  • Be the point of contact between the warehouse and sales team
  • Compile and prepare shipping documents for exportation -Experience in handling/checking LC is required
  • Maintain proper filing of sales enquiries and quotations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support Sales Managers and Executives

Requirements:

  • Diploma in relevant fields or minimum 'A' level certificate with similar working experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in sales and shipping/logistics is required
  • Able to commence work immediately
