Job summary:
Support of office sales administrative work. Attending to phone calls and emails on inquiries from customers. To process quotations and orders and to coordinate on logistics and deliveries.
Job scope:
- Handle day-to-day corresponding emails between suppliers and customers
- Process sales enquiries, generate quotations & consolidate orders
- Be the point of contact between the warehouse and sales team
- Compile and prepare shipping documents for exportation -Experience in handling/checking LC is required
- Maintain proper filing of sales enquiries and quotations
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support Sales Managers and Executives
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant fields or minimum 'A' level certificate with similar working experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in sales and shipping/logistics is required
- Able to commence work immediately
