RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management Revenue, Reporting and Budgeting
    • Financial reporting related to monthly revenue, rolling estimate and business planning using financial models and system tools (SAP, Excel etc.) and submissions includes reports required by auditors, government agencies and internal stakeholders.
    • Drive detailed analysis of financial statements detailing key value drivers including volume, price and efficiency
    • Communicate and interpret various results to senior management providing additional perspective on implications, risk, opportunity and trends
    • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to manage audit periods by coordinating with various business units managers
    • Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures across various business units
  • Other duties
    • Any ad hoc duties assigned
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 7 10 years of relevant work experience.
    • Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to analyze and present complex data.
    • Bachelor's degree and above in Finance, Business Management and relevant fields.
    • CA / CPA preferred.
    • Required Skills
      • Strong and effective communication skills.
      • Ability to leverage available resources and get work done through other team mates.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with virtual and cross-functional teams.
      • Relationship builder.
      • Strong in Excel advanced skills.
    • General Competencies:
      • Strong organisational skills, is meticulous and has an eye for detail.
      • Adaptable and flexible, and able to work under pressure and multi-task.
      • Has a service mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills
      • Team player who can work independently and collaboratively with others.
