Key Responsibilities

1. **Supervision and Leadership**

- Foster a positive and productive work environment.


2. **Customer Service**

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

3. **Operations Management**

- Ensure efficient and effective service delivery during all operating hours.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
