Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Responsible for tracking of project related Purchase Orders/Work Orders, Delivery orders/Goods Receipt Notes and Invoicing
  • Assist site personnel to prepare projects related quotations, reports submission, etc
  • Assisting Director with any project-related administrative documentation and submission.
  • Responsible for handling all general office admin & clerical support, data entry, document scanning, etc
  • Proper filing and documentation of correspondences and project related documents.
  • Reception work such as receiving incoming phone calls
  • Other general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Degree, Diploma in business or other industry related certification
  • Preferably with min 3 years of relevant working experiences
  • Knowledge in using ERP software, MS Office especially (Excel, Words)
  • Able to work independently with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Committed to work in meeting deadline
  • Meticulous with pro-active working attitude
