Personal Assistant to MD

Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and business support to the Managing Director
- Provide support in email/letter correspondences and handling phone calls
- Organise and schedule meetings, prioritizing tasks in alignment with business needs
- Prepare agendas, materials and minutes for internal and external meetings
- Assist and be involved in company's projects, prepare and track documentations, ensuring tasks are completed by the given time frame
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner by following-up with the necessary departments and/or individuals on action items
- Compile and prepare reports as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant capacity
- Good analytical skills and ability to organise work efficiently with minimum supervision
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
- Strong team player and collaboration across functional teams
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
