Personal Assistant to the MD

The company:
Korporatio does company incorporations right We operate in Seychelles, Panama, Wyoming (US), SVG, Belize, BVI and Singapore.
We have reached the point of needing an extra pair of hands and we are looking for a Personal Assistant to our MD to join us.
The role:
We are looking for someone with proper experience in taking care of things and individuals that can make sure the MD spend the least amount of time on things irrelevant to the company.
We are looking for someone that isn't afraid of working long hours, very flexible and with the proper dedication to help.
The Responsibilities:
- Organise both work and personal calendar of the MD.
- Booking cars, flights and any other transportation vehicle to ensure the MD doesn't need to wait.
- Design proper diatery meals and ensure proper delivery for lunch and dinner according to the calendar.
- Taking care of cleaning both dry and wet for clothes and accessories.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, booking offices, restocking supplies and making sure each room is ready to provide the best company impression.
- Entertain clients, partners, and any other individual the MD might be required to have a meeting in case of delays.
- Booking restaurants, hotels and full itinerary following specific preferences of the MD and required work schedule.
- Any other request that might be required by the MD.
The Requirements:
- Good knowledge of foods calories, balanced diets, cleaning techniques and requirements based on different materials, fashions and in general anything that can be required for a good day-to-day life.
- Experience in travelling internationally, on multi-destination options, dealing with visas requirements, budgets, etc.
- Extreme empathy, you understand what the MD needs, before even receiving the communication.
- Good communication skills, in particular the ability to explain multiple items in a simple way. We consider this as 'think to explain this to a 5 years old child'.
- Be very flexible. You will be required to sort out things potentially during weekends, after office hours or during national holidays. Problems happen, but you must take charge of them immediately.
- Proficiency in English.
