Responsibilities:

  1. Assist to produce internal communications materials to engage comms officers (e.g., eDMs, newsletters).
  2. Assist to design and implement processes, systems, and engagement opportunities for various functions.
  3. Support the recruitment of suitable candidates to be communications practitioners.
  4. Compile and analyse recruitment data, competencies, training/ experience and current responsibilities of communications practitioners (staff and volunteers).
  5. Planning and implementation of various engagement programmes to orientate and align staff and volunteers to their communications roles and responsibilities.
  6. Assist implementation of work processes, competency frameworks, training roadmaps and performance metrics to strengthen communications function.


Responsibilities:

  1. Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with at least one year in a marketing or related role.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft and effectively convey messages
  3. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and provide insights
