Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and manage sales orders, quotations, and contracts efficiently.
  • Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of all sales transactions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including report generation and record maintenance.
  • Facilitate vendor registration when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or a related administrative role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
