ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This position reports to the Head of Learning & Development. He/ She will learn to develop and manage our training calendar, manage records and databases, and collate budgetary information for our courses. He/ She will monitor course take-up and completion rates, coordinate learner registration and attendance, and oversee logistics and resource management. Additionally, he/ she will distribute learning materials, prepare and maintain training facilities and equipment, and support external funding applications.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop the training calendar in line with business objectives and resource and demand analyses Establish and implement record and database management processes Collate budgetary and financial information relating to running of our courses Consolidate data to monitor take-up rates Manage and coordinate learner registration and attendance tracking Coordinate logistics and resources across the organisation and products and services Distribute learning materials to learners Maintain training facilities and equipment Support external funding application processes Attend to stakeholder management issues Communicate with stakeholders to provide relevant updates Sourcing and management of vendorsTECHINICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
