This role seeks a responsible and nimble individual to help manage Advancement Office with gift renewals and donor stewardship. Reporting to the Assistant Director (Stewardship), this role is to support the Division’s work in stewarding the relationship between the University and its donors. The SAM/AM’s key responsibilities are to support gift renewals, stewardship activities, and recognition events. For example, project management, donor communication, stewardship reports and general administrative duties.

The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Support Advancement Office in gift renewals and donor stewardship events to continually engage donors.
  • Assist in financial aid interviews and preparation of updates to donors.
  • Produce donor stewardship related communication materials, such as donor reports, administrative briefs and emcee scripts for events, invitations, and letters.
  • Provide support to other advancement services and processes as needed.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

  • Possess a good university degree with at least 3 years of working experience. (Prior work experience in advancement and alumni processes will be an advantage.)
  • Good project management, communication and writing skills.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face meetings with donors and other stakeholders.
