Temporary Data Entry Officer

To assist with data entry tasks and general administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data working with spreadsheets and student admin system
- Verify and cross-check the information to ensure accuracy
- Organize and maintain data files
- Assist with other clerical duties as needed
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Knowledge and Skills:
- Competent in MS Office and Google applications, and basic internet navigation skills (preferably strong in MS Excel Skills)
- Proficiency in either English or Chinese, or both
Personal Attributes:
- Responsible, reliable and able to follow instructions
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail to ensure work accuracy
- Good time management and organizational skills
Availability: Must be available up to 31 Dec 2024
