Experience :

2-4 years of Data entry experience in Singapore


Responsibilites :

To handle daily processing / data input of customer requests on timely and accurate basis.

  • Process and perform data entry into the UAT system.
  • Perform manual data entry into the live application system promptly and accurately for data not migrated.
  • Check that all amendments made on the forms are properly counter signed.
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments given by Supervisor and contribute and provide feedback to Supervisor on process related issues and give suggestion for improvement.
  • Perform administrative duties and support functions from time to time
  • Customer Service - Achieves zero customer complaints/ negative feedbacks
  • Work location : Tampines / Raffles place
