Job Role:

As a Temporary HR Officer with Business Edge Personnel Services PTE LTD, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and data entry. The role involves working in a team environment and utilizing your organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of HR records
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Support the management of contracts and employee documents

Requirements:
  • Hold a GCE 'O'/'A' or Diploma qualification
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ability to utilize basic features and formulas
  • Detailed-oriented and able to work independently

Working Conditions:

The Temporary HR Officer will work in a air-conditioned room without windows. A laptop will be provided for data entry. The role requires the ability to climb a ladder to reach high cabinets and move files using a trolley.
