Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Human Resources team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of employee reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain employee data in our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Update and verify employee data for the new calendar year.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee inquiries and requests.
- Submit online investigation requests and assist with background and drug screen checks for new employees.
- Process employee change requests and maintain accurate records.
- Support the processing of terminations.
- Assist the HR Manager with various research projects and special tasks.
- Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in admin or human resources support required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Diploma Holder.
Work Environment:
This is a 10% travel position.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
