Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Human Resources team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of employee reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain employee data in our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Update and verify employee data for the new calendar year.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee inquiries and requests.
  • Submit online investigation requests and assist with background and drug screen checks for new employees.
  • Process employee change requests and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the processing of terminations.
  • Assist the HR Manager with various research projects and special tasks.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in admin or human resources support required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Diploma Holder.

Work Environment:

This is a 10% travel position.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
