System Admin Client Technology Support
Full time, Singapore
In this role, you will play a key role in managing escalation process from the site admins, assess complex incident, apply solution, send feedback to site admins or user. If necessary, complete incident registration with all technical information to allow escalation to the respective internal or external 3. level support and perform system administration tasks.
As a System Admin Client Technology Support, you will
- Access complex incident, apply solutions and send feedback to Site Admins/users
- Conduct assessment, understand the request/issue and identify faulty component or parameters to be changed
- Complete incident registration with all technical information to allow escalation to suppliers
- Complete documentations of request with all technical information necessary for further investigation, and forward to 3rd level support as applicable
- Perform system administration tasks by modifying configuration of online sites for OBT, Portal, TSA and TSPM
- Test modifications done and document results
- Respect defined Service Level Agreement
About you
- Degree holder in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the travel industry with extensive experience in process management (design, document and implement processes)
- Minimium 3 years of GDS system knowledge (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus, Worldspan) and OBT
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Admin
- Working knowledge of agent-facing travel technology tools
- Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Good analytical thinking skills
