Roles & Responsibilities

About the client:

Our client is a MNC Technology Service Company, they are looking for VIP Desktop Engineers to support multiple Government sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Roaming Engineer with desktop/laptop skillsets to support government agencies.
  • Support and troubleshoot desktops and laptops issues
  • Perform breakfix and part replacement for desktop and laptop.
  • Perform windows upgrade and patching
  • Working with customer to conduct testing on desktops/laptops
  • Perform endpoints support, OS and build upgrades, security maintenance and other tasks related to IT Support.

Requirement:

  • Strong Windows and Active Directory skills
  • Good communication skills with experience in supporting VIP / VVIP Users and Stackholders.
  • Experience in DHCP administration.
  • Hardware and Software troubleshooting, ability to diagnose & resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows computers, printers, peripherals and common software problems.
  • Proficient in Windows 10/11 including installation, configuration & support
  • Understanding of network concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP,VPN etc) to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Willing to work late hours and weekend if required for urgent support.
