Roles & Responsibilities

Job Details:

  • Remuneration Package: Very attractive basic salary starting from $3,000 to $4,000 + Monthly Commission + Performance Bonus
  • Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri – 9AM to 6:30PM
  • Location: Novena
  • 1-Year Contract with the Bank (Renewable)

Responsibilities:

  • To actively make outbound calls with leads provided by the bank to present Credit Card Insurance products to the clients
  • Understand client's concerns and address their needs
  • Strong ability and confidence to cross-sell or up-sell

Requirements:

  • Minimum at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Prior 1 year experience in Insurance telesales is preferred
  • Preferably certified with M5 & M9 certificates
