The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a Global leading Cross-Border Express Shipping service company in Singapore; ranked No.1 Best Workplaces in Singapore by the global institute Great Place to Work since 2020. We are looking for an Indoor Relationship Manager (Telesales Executive) to join their business

We are seeking a candidate who are sales driven, passionate for work, "can do" spirit to join the team

  • Permanent, Full-time opportunity
  • Location: East region, Tai Seng
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary: up to $4500 basic + Commission + Transport Allowance + AWS

The Job

  • Drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships, and acquire new clients within an assigned territory.
  • Convert leads into sales closure with product knowledge.
  • Meet sales targets through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan for new business and increased share of existing clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to maximize account growth and minimize attrition.
  • Ensure cost-effective customer agreements.

The Talent

  • 3+ years sales experience in any industry
  • Proven sales success and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
