Roles & Responsibilities

Highlights:

  • Contract Duration: 11 months
  • Salary range: $2800 - $3450
  • Working location: Labrador Park
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 6pm

Requirements:

  • Degree holders
  • 1year of experience in project management, preferably in handling digital platforms.
  • Prior experience in customer service.

Description:

  • Handle day-to-day enquiries, provide advice and solutions from platform users.
  • Liaise and coordinate with platform problem owners and solvers.
  • Tracking of statistics. Project timeline and statues updating and maintaining.
  • Project management support and coordination, including triaging of leads, onboarding of users, and stakeholder meeting coordination.
  • Creating content to publish on website, develop and maintain program collaterals such as FAQ guides.
  • Collate post-event/post-program feedback from users. Analyze feedback and present insights for improvement.
