Our aim is to engage dynamic individuals seeking an enriching venture into pre-sales software roles. Through this Career Trial, we endeavor to identify and nurture talent passionate about showcasing cutting-edge software solutions.

Training and Development (Conducted in-house):


Participants can anticipate comprehensive training sessions tailored to equip them with profound knowledge of our software modules. These sessions are meticulously designed to prepare individuals for seamless software demonstrations, ensuring confidence and proficiency in client interactions.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


A typical workday at K&K IT encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities:


  • Sales Appointments: Engaging with prospective clients, leveraging leads provided by the company to cultivate meaningful business relationships. Understand the pain point, client workflow.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Ensuring diligent follow-up on customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Queries: Acting as a liaison between clients and our proficient programmer team, adeptly addressing technical inquiries and concerns.
  • Payment Handling: Managing payment-related matters efficiently and transparently, facilitating seamless transactions for our valued clientele.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurturing enduring relationships with customers, fostering a culture of trust and reliability.
