Technical Support Engineer

Offered Compensation:
Basic Monthly Salary: $2800 to $4000 SGD (Negotiable with experience)
Commission Structure: Available after confirmation
Probation/Trial Period: 3 months
Experience Preferred in:
Die bonder, wire bonder, dispenser, UV curing, oven, and other assembly equipment
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00PM

Our clientele includes major semiconductor and electronics manufacturing facilities, research and development centers, quality control departments, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- After-Sale Services: Execute aftersale services, including maintenance, calibration, machine commissioning and comprehensive operator training.
- Product Testing: Collaborate with the team to conduct rigorous product testing and ensure successful sales order fulfillment.
- Technical Solutions: Provide technical expertise to support the sales team in developing customized solutions for customers' applications.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in delivering technically sound presentations and demos to prospective clients.
- On- and Off-site Support: Respond promptly to on-site and off-site support requests and deliver effective and timely solutions for any product-related issues.
- Process Development: Take a leading role in process development,identifying the best machine parameters to maximize production yield while ensuring efficiency and quality in manufacturing processes.
Reporting Structure:
This role reports to the Sales Manager based in Singapore and will be given training by a more senior technical support engineer.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Preferably hold a Degree/Diploma in Engineering, with a focus on Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
- Personal Attributes: Solution- and self-driven, high level of critical thinking, possess a high level of self-confidence, maturity, and resourcefulness.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Display effective organizational skills to manage tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
