Technical Support Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads NPD and Field Service Delivery team's stabilization
- Provides technical escalation support for critical technical escalations from customers.
- Works closely with Global Escalation team and R&D to quickly provide sustainable solution to customer escalations.
- Provides training to Field Service Engineers to support new products.
- Provides technical inputs to R&D for improvement for both excisting products and new products.
- Provides consultancy to the internal technical experts in global team out of Singapore.
- Works with Field Service team in their preparation of escalation reports and feedback on technical issues with regards to equipment performance to our customers.
- May deliver technical presentations at external seminars as part of advance product support.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or other relative fields
- Minimum 4~5 years of Semiconductor Test equipment exposure, good foundation of electronics/electrical circuitry, basic software skill (scripting, C++) preferred Possess strong leadership and good customer management skills.
- Proven systematic problemsolving skills with critical thinking to identify the root cause.
