Roles & Responsibilities
We seek a Training Administrator (3-month contract) to support Wave 3 of Project Horizon. In the role, you will organize and maintain training schedules, manage participant communications, report end-user training attendance, and certification for Wave 3 of Project Horizon.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate event logistics, including booking meeting rooms, arranging lunches, coordinating participants, and preparing materials. Track attendance and progress and generate training program reports.Requirements
Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration or with 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with trainers and participants. Resourceful, collaborative, independent, and able to make quick decisions. Able to commit to 3 months contract.-
