Our client is actively searching for an Admin Assistant , 3 months to join their team

The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Administering Student Feedback on Teaching
  • Assisting with Timetabling and Practicum matters
  • Coordinating the selection interviews for Scholarship
  • Supporting ELL talks / seminars / webinars
  • Any other administrative ad-hoc tasks

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant admin experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal and commuication skills
