Our client, is a preschool center operator which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Temporary Admin Assistant (3 months).


Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and scanning of invoices into the system
  • Scanning and filing hard-copy documents
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Preparation of simple excel documents.
  • Provide support to the Assistant Manager whenever necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma in any field
  • Prior experience in administrative roles preferred
