We have 2 vacancies for suitably qualified candidates who are available from Dec 2024.
You must be able to commit to a 3-month assignment.
Students on term break may apply, if you have some past relevant working experience.
Responsibilities
Position 1
- Perform data entry and file documents
- Despatch insurance documents
- Maintain filing system and perform regular archiving of obsolete documents for off-site storage
- Undertake any other assignments as allocated
Position 2
- Follow up with clients on areas of documentation and administrative needs
- Data entry, reports collation, filing & documentation
- Maintain filing system and perform regular archiving of obsolete documents for off-site storage
- Undertake any other assignments as allocated
Requirements
- Possess a recognised Diploma or higher qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience will be advantageous
- Proficient in Office365 Word and Excel applications
- Accurate and meticulous
- Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and through emails
- Ability to work well in a team
- Mature and able to work independently
