Associate Affairs Executive

Join our company as an organized Associate Affairs Executive to support Revenue Assurance, Performance Management, and Welfare & Incentives functions.
Responsibilities1. Revenue Assurance
- Review outstanding reports, liaise with relevant department to co-ordinate for debt recovery.
- Assist as the primary back up for the debt recovery team, daily follow-ups on outstanding transactions and ensure accurate record documentation in the Company in-house system.
- Liaise with relevant departments like legal, accounts to coordinate for debt recovery actions.
2. Awards & Events
- Prepare awards review materials for the Management's use in monthly review meeting.
- Check the awards-related materials to ensure accuracy and currency, including eligibility, ranking, upload history, slides, and name artwork.
- Co-ordinate the monthly and annual company events, providing logistical support (setup, registration, packing, sorting, etc).
- Monitor participation in the company award events, providing updates on participation status and feedback to the Head of Department.
- Review salesperson transactions and commission inquiries, investigate flagged errors, and escalate to the IT Department for resolution.
3. Welfare & Incentive
- Respond to welfare and incentive-related inquiries.
- Resolves the issues in performance and welfare system.
- Oversee monthly adjustments for overriding, performance reconciliations, ensure proper tax declaration through the internal tax-income uploader system.
- Check the performance-related data to ensure such information is updated correctly.
- Degree in Business Management or its other equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years of working experience preferably in Business IT, Data Management & Analytics, Account management.
- Strong in Communication skills and Problem-Solving Skills.
- One must be flexible, adaptable, be prepared to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office application (especially Excel).
- Preferably someone who is available immediately or at short notice.
- Working Location : Toa Payoh
- 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays : 9.00am to 6.00pm
