Roles & Responsibilities

Key Highlights

  • Working Hours: Mon- Fri (office hours)
  • Salary:  Up to $3,500 per month with completion bonus
  • Contract Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange logistics, such as catering, transport, venue booking etc. for meetings, events, and company functions.
  • Collate and submit finance documents to process payments.
  • Assist to manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle general enquiries and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Facilitate course workshops or lectures, whether in-person or virtual.
  • Support examinations and courses during office and non-office hours by performing tasks such as invigilation and ushering.

Key Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean.
  • Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Working after-hour/weekends will be compensated with OIL.
