We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team at Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as a Financial Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, and providing financial insights to the management team.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including annual budgets and financial reports, to provide insights to the management team.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax and GST returns in compliance with regulations, and stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including coordinating with other service providers or vendors when necessary, and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
- Education: Min diploma holder
- Experience: At least 3-4 years of accounting experiences
- Industry Experience: Experience from small scale/set up company/environment
- Skills: Able to work independently, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of accounting systems and procedures.
