Pre-Sales Engineer / Manager (Surveillance Security)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales support, focusing on the full range of company products, including CCTV and network technical solutions, tailored for SMBs and cost-effective, easy-to install solutions ideal for residential areas, retail, educational institutions, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
- Develop and identify new business opportunities by working closely with clients to understand their unique business and technical requirements.
- Promote and present company solutions, delivering formal technical proposals and presentations to clients, emphasizing the cost-effectiveness and suitability of these products for smart home applications and SMBs.
- Design competitive and effective product solutions, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet clients' requirements and are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client requirements are thoroughly understood and met, facilitating seamless communication between clients and the technical team.
- Address and resolve clients' inquiries and technical issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients, enabling them to fully understand and utilize the company's solutions effectively.
- Educate clients on the availability of these products through retail dealers and other distributors, making them accessible and convenient for widespread deployment.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in the CCTV domain, with a strong understanding of SMB and cost-effective, easy-to-install solutions that are ideal for residential areas, retail, educational institutions, hospitality, healthcare sectors, and smart home applications within smart cities.
- At least 1-3 year of work experience in the CCTV or networking industry, with a solid understanding of the products and solutions deployed in these sectors.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence customers, particularly in areas of technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation.
- Possession of networking certifications such as CCNA/CCNPwould be an added advantage, further demonstrating technical expertise and enhancing the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
