✅ 6 Months Contract


Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, contract renewals and address updates etc
  • Maintain filing and records such as work permits/ contract expiry
  • Collate attendance for events, distribute staff benefits etc
  • Prepare documents such as medical claims and leave application forms
  • Track employees' leaves and absences and update in Payroll system
  • Process order and good received using SAP system
  • Communicate with warehouse to ensure prompt preparation of delivery invoices

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec or above
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Administrative Duties
  • Proficient in SAP system
