Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, contract renewals and address updates etc
- Maintain filing and records such as work permits/ contract expiry
- Collate attendance for events, distribute staff benefits etc
- Prepare documents such as medical claims and leave application forms
- Track employees' leaves and absences and update in Payroll system
- Process order and good received using SAP system
- Communicate with warehouse to ensure prompt preparation of delivery invoices
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Administrative Duties
- Proficient in SAP system
