Roles & Responsibilities

The Role

  • Oversee lease administration for SG 7-Eleven retail concepts including but not limited to:
  1. Data entry and admin for Global Lease Management System
  2. Monthly rental payments
  3. Application of BG, tenancy details
  4. Purchase requisitions and orders
  5. Other lease related issues including subleasing and concessionaires
  • Collate and prepare admin reports including but not limited to leasing status update, etc.
  • Manage and organize department shared folder / Sharepoint system
  • Liaise with DFSG Finance and data entry and admin using SAP
  • Liaise with DFSG GBA on vendor creation and management
  • Perform as department first aid responder
  • Handle all leasing matters assigned including but not limited to site viewing, negotiating with Landlord, managing and vetting internal and external lease documentation.
  • Manage internal stake-holders including but not limited to Ops, Finance, GBA, Legal and Projects
  • Coordinate, optimize and improve current leasing workflow and process stream to achieve KPIs

About You

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience preferred in a similar or related field
  • Well versed in Microsoft office applications
  • Bonus for familiarity with SAP and other leasing management system
  • Meticulous nature required for this position
  • Negotiation skills required as the role would involve assisting the Property Manager with lease negotiations.
