Job Description:

  • Develop & carry out an efficient documentation and proper filing system.
  • Assist with invoicing details by keeping records up to date
  • Closing of the Purchase Order in the system(Training will be given)
  • Scan & save invoice in the system
  • Maintain proper filing of supplier records and update information
  • Manage & handle outlets supplier issues
  • Preparing Staff card & Name cards when needed
  • Ad hoc admin duties when needed

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably a polytechnic diploma in any discipline with one year or more of relevant experience in F &B industry.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines.
  • A positive work attitude & willingness to learn
  • Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills & Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proven experience in restaurant procurement or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple procurement tasks.
