Roles & Responsibilities

Job Desription

  • Lead and mentor sales team to achieve monthly sales target.
  • Conduct daily briefing on latest promotions.
  • Establish new sales opportunities through prospecting and organizing sales visit.
  • Generating of new corporate clients through cold calling.
  • Handle telephone/online sales enquiries.
  • Establish client relationship and build rapport.
  • Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection.
  • Prepare sales quotation, proposal and catering schedule.
  • Prepare event order according to established S.O.P.
  • Maintain all catering and conference files in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for Head of Department.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel and F&B Management and equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales will be an advantage.
  • Must be self-driven and sales orientated.
  • Team player with ability to strive amid ambiguity.
  • Bilingual.
  • Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
