Our client, a leading quality food provider and wholesaler, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Sales Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Sales

  • Well versed and strong knowledge in food/beverage products.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set pricing strategies with the Sales Director to maximize profitability.
  • Establish sales territories and allocate resources effectively.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to propose appropriate solutions.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Track sales metrics (e.g., monthly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Analyze data to identify sales trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Commercial and Logistics teams to fulfill orders promptly.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Business or any relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales leader, preferably in Food industry/Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
  • Possess leadership and management skills
  • Proficient in Japanese language (JLPT N1) is required to liaise with Japanese speaking customers/clients

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Location: North
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
  • Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
