As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a data-driven, strategic thinker to join us as a Digital Marketing Manager, APJ. In this role, you will lead digital marketing efforts across the region, driving performance and optimizing efficiency to achieve key business objectives. You will be part of the global digital marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of our initiatives.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing programs, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance the performance and efficiency of digital marketing initiatives.
- Leverage complex data sets to drive informed decision-making, optimize campaigns, and refine the digital marketing strategy.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing the full downstream impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the overall business strategy, providing clear updates on progress, challenges, and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including field marketing, product marketing, sales, and localization—to create impactful, localized user experiences.
- Manage communication and relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful execution and performance.
- Articulate strategy, insights, and data-driven decisions to diverse audiences, including senior management.
- Partner with marketing operations and analytics teams to develop performance dashboards and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and accounting teams to manage budgets and track spend.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- 7-11 years of experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in leading multi-channel programs within B2B.
- Proven expertise in Paid Social, Paid Search, Content Syndication, and Programmatic Display.
- A strong track record of successfully executing end-to-end B2B digital marketing campaigns, from planning to reporting.
- Experience with an in-house execution model, driving measurable results and ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize performance.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce, with a solid understanding of web analytics, ad tracking, A/B testing, tag management, and content management.
- A self-starter mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a hyper-growth B2B technology company, ideally with a global digital team.
- Willingness to work from our Singapore office at least three days per week.
